Terms of Trade

• This website is for businesses and trade professionals, such as dealers, contractors, electricians and solar installers. It is not a retail shop.
• You can browse the catalogue without an account. To see your prices and order, you need an account that we have approved. We may decline or close an account at our discretion.
• Keep your sign-in details private. Orders placed from your account are treated as placed by you.
• Keep your company name, GSTIN and delivery addresses accurate and up to date.

• Prices shown include GST unless stated otherwise. The price before GST is shown alongside where available.
• Your price depends on the quantity you order and on the price list that applies to your account. Any account discount and active offer are applied automatically.
• The amount you pay is confirmed when your order is approved (section 3). If a price is shown in error, we will contact you before approving the order.

• Placing an order sends us a request. It shows as Pending Approval until your sales representative reviews it.
• Your order is accepted when it is Approved. At that point you will see the original amount, any discount and the final amount payable, and we will confirm it to you on WhatsApp.
• You may order more than is shown in stock. The extra quantity is subject to availability: we approve an order only when we have the stock to fulfil it, and your representative will contact you if we cannot.
• Minimum order quantities apply to some products and are shown on the product.

We do not take payment on this website. Payment terms, including any credit period, are agreed with your sales representative and stated on our invoice. Invoices are issued from our accounting system.

• Freight is paid by the buyer at the time of delivery unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• We send a WhatsApp message when your order is dispatched, with the courier and tracking details where available.
• Please check goods on delivery and report any visible damage or shortage to us as soon as possible.

You can cancel an order from My orders while it is Pending Approval or Approved, giving a reason. Once our warehouse has started picking it, please contact your sales representative, or request a return after delivery. We may cancel an order we cannot fulfil, and will tell you why.

• Request a return from the order page in your account, or through your sales representative.
• Items returned unused and in good, resaleable condition are credited at the price you actually paid, after all discounts.
• Damaged or defective items are not credited as a return. They are reviewed and, where a manufacturer warranty applies, handled as a warranty claim.
• You cannot return more than you ordered. Large returns may need approval by a supervisor, and we will tell you if a return is rejected and why.

We take care to describe products accurately, but images are for illustration and specifications come from the manufacturers. Products carry the manufacturer's warranty where one is stated. Please check suitability for your application and install products according to the applicable standards and regulations.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the goods concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as loss of profit or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Do not misuse the site: do not try to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfere with its operation, or copy the catalogue or prices for use elsewhere. Content on this site belongs to Excer Global Pvt. Ltd or its suppliers. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Thrissur, Kerala.
